• 1 Complimentary consultation meeting
• Online client portal which houses all imperative documents
• Unlimited scheduled video/telephone/in-person meetings
• Budget allocation and management
• Venue scouting
• Design development and mood board creation
• Various vendor recommendations (Ex. Entertainment, stationery, décor, cake, etc.)
• Floor plan construction
• Vendor/emergency contact list fabrication
• Timetable and itinerary document construction
• Vendor load in/out schedule
• Contract review
• Wedding rehearsal attendance and direction
• Up to 12 hours of day-of coordination
• 2 Additional assistants
• Managing all vendors involved (florist, musicians, venue staff, etc.)
• Day-of direction for key wedding party members, family, and the couple
• Emergency kit (gum, hair spray, sewing kit, pins, etc.)
• Maintaining all wedding documents (including contracts, remaining vendor balances, etc.)
