• Online client portal which houses all imperative documents
• Design development and mood board creation
• Vendor recommendations for floral, decor, rentals, and day-of stationery
• Floor plan construction
• Vendor/emergency contact list fabrication
• Timetable and itinerary document construction
• Contract review
• Wedding rehearsal attendance and direction
• Up to 10 hours of day-of coordination
• 1 Lead planner, 1 Additional assistant
• Managing all vendors involved (florist, musicians, venue staff, etc.)
• Day-of direction for key wedding party members, family, and the couple
• Emergency kit (gum, hair spray, sewing kit, pins, etc.)
